This is the deck I used as part of a four player fellowship to defeat the last remaining achievement at Con of the Rings 2019. The challenge was a modification to the setup of the Dread Realm - instead of reanimating the top card of each player's deck you had to reanimate the top 3. By the end of the first quest phase there were 15 reanimated cards in play - and we still beat the quest.

This deck does nothing but quest and cancel when revealed effects. Everything else gets handled by other players.

Inspiring Presence was in there as an experiment to see if it would work in a four player game. Likewise, Desperate Defense was there just in case the hyper-defense deck needed an additional boost. Both ended up being unnecessary.

Reforged is there because it allows the players to recur Secret Vigil multiple times in the same round. Likewise, Stand and Fight is more for recurring cards in other players' discard piles. Conveniently, in the Drowned Ruins, both cards combo well with Arwen Undómiel's and Éowyn's abilities to allow you to play attachments and allies even when the active location is underwater.

Windfola is actually extremely important when playing The Dread Realm, hence the Westfold Horse-breeders, as there are plenty of treacheries that require removing characters from the quest. This way you can always remove Éowyn without losing any power.

The Ethir Swordsman is in the sideboard because my copies were being used in another player's deck. That same deck was running Glorfindel so it was not included in the main deck here. This deck doesn't use Narya because it was in another player's deck.

Emery, Curious Brandybuck, and Rider of the Mark are all there solely for sailing quests because they can be passed to a player running the Three Hunters contract to help prevent going off course when the deck with no allies has to pass a sailing test.
