Since it was released, I've been thinking in a deck built around Bilbo Baggins. This is the first one I feel comfortable with it.
The concept is very simple. Play as many rangers as you can, equip them with Ranger Bow, and hunt your enemies in the staging area with Bilbo Baggins help.
The deck needs a lot of draw, as you need to fetch some pieces. Do not hesitate to engage an enemy and defend it with Bilbo Baggins in the early game if it will grant you a card with Pippin.
On the midgame, you should be able to avoid almost every enemy attacking you thanks to Feint and specially Gaffer Gamgee.
Another trick to grant you more cards is using Faramir OR DĂșnedain Hunter to engage an enemy, and then return it to the staging area with Mablung or Guardian of Ithilien. Faramir is also great if the enemy has a Secret Vigil attached.
The deck can be any short on Willpower on the first rounds, specially if you are playing solo, or if there aren't enemies in the staging area, but if you can manage the first rounds, it works smoothly.
It is far from being a tier or a top deck, but is very fun to play deck, and it works very well in quests with lots of enemies. Thanks to The Shirefolk, Gandalf, Secret Vigil and Pippin's ability you should be able to avoid almost every foe you don't want to engage.
