This is a multiplayer trap deck that uses Damrod and recursion effects to continually snare enemies in the staging area. Recursion effects such as Anborn and Erebor Hammersmith allow you to consistently snare enemies throughout the game. Draw cards like a maniac with Daeron's Runes, Mithrandir's Advice, and Damrod's effect when you gleefully cackle as unsuspecting enemies fall into your snares. Speaking of Damrod, I think he is one of the most powerful heroes in the game if you build the right deck for him. Everyone is always raving about how good Arwen Undómiel is with Elven-light, being able to turn resources into cards and cards into resources. Well, I think that Damrod is better. Assuming you're playing this deck in four-player, he should be able to play a trap card every turn with all the recursion effects, saving you a resource on that trap. Then, when an enemy shows up (enemies will always show up in 4-player), they get snared and you get a card too. Then, your buddies can kill whatever enemy you've snared, at which point you can get it back from your discard pile and round and round we go. As for the other cards in the deck, Master of the Forge is in the deck to fetch traps in case you don't have one in your hand. Mablung can push engaged enemies back into traps (as well as having 2 willpower), and Gandalf, Quickbeam, and Wandering Ent are in there because they're just plain awesome cards. Henamarth Riversong is there to check if there's an enemy coming up, and Elf-stone can help your friends in multiplayer. If you're feeling nice. Enjoy the deck! I appreciate feedback and suggestions on how this could be improved, as this is only a prototype. Thank you!
