This is a deck inspired by my interest in Rohan. I did view almost every S/T Rohan decks out there, and I built this deck as a result. I also tried to make it versatile and thus added different types of Eorlingas. Éowyn needs no reasoning, though she is the sole reason I am using Elven-light and Windfola. Éomer strikes for 5 after one of the boys blocks or is discarded through other means. He gets Rohan Warhorse to slash two enemies for this. Théoden also has the obvious role of getting the cavalry in cheap. He will also load up with Snowmane and a combination of Herugrim/Golden Shield/Rohan Warhorse. He can get three reatricted attachments this way.
Basically, I figure out who I'll need for the quest at hand and modify as needed.
The events provide more versatility. We have threat reduction with The Galadhrim's Greeting, removing of big non-uniques with Helm! Helm!, location control with Ride to Ruin, Feint for Eomer's big hits and for defense, and Stand and Fight in case Gamling can't join the fight in time.
The allies bring alot to the table for different situations. They are based around Gamling, but each has their own role and help supplement the events in a pinch.
You might consider adding the Horn of the Mark instead of the Horn of Gondor and at least on copy of Firefoot for Éomer
