This is a fairly standard Hobbit Secrecy deck, with a focus on questing and combat. Key cards that make this really take off:
Resourceful - ideally, you want this in your opening hand. You'll want it on Sam Gamgee, or Pippin, depending on what you have in hand.
The Shirefolk - this makes Secrecy mode almost guaranteed, alongside core set Gandalf.
Staff of Lebethron - get this on Sam as early as possible. Alongside Hobbit Cloak and Ring Mail, your defending will be a dream.
Red Book of Westmarch - this goes on Pippin, and smooths your healing-heavy green resource management.
Rosie Cotton - what an amazing Hobbit card this is. Rosie has so much utility. A game-changer for sure.
Hobbit Archer - this is easily the best non-unique Hobbit ally, and brings interaction to multiplayer games. Ace card.
I've been evolving this deck for a few years now, and I'm very happy with it. I'd certainly consider swapping a couple of cards out for Raise the Shire.
You may want to swap out Mablung for another Fast Hitch or Bill the Pony, depending on your style. His ability is rarely useful, but is clutch when it works. His stats are good.
In my experience, this deck usually needs a little bit of help with enemies early on, but is no slouch at questing. It establishes board presence very quickly, and only runs out of steam when there are no enemies to engage.
