A Caldara deck that tries to include enough card draw so you can safely discard lots of cards to boost Éowyn, including the two allies you want Caldara to put into play, and also confidently discard the two cards Elven Jeweler requires.
The best target is of course Prince Imrahil, since he'll get the hero card type, and he is a straight upgrade of Caldara (he has one more attack and the Noble trait). Damrod, Elfhelm and Northern Tracker are also good targets.
Card draw is provided by Galadriel and a few selected cards, which is why you need to mulligan for Nenya or use Gather Information to get it.
You can also mill the right allies into place using Zigil Miner and Emery, or Elf-stone them into play if the opportunity rises.
Since this is a multiplayer deck that should be in charge of questing, classic AORs (areas of responsibility) like A Test of Will, Hasty Stroke and threat reduction are included.
