Premise
Even after her errata, Caldara is still one of the prime archetypes in the game. Her synergy with Arwen Undómiel is simly amazing while Círdan the Shipwright is also amazing for getting you access to leadership cards and readying through Narya as well as having a hefty 4 willpower.
This being a multiplayer deck, I often use Caldara's ability earlier than in solo to provide the whole table with a nice tempo boost. This boost is reached (aside from your generally amazing targets like Jubayr and Glorfindel) mainly through your allies that tackle locations.
How To Play
I like to look for Prince Imrahil and Narya in my opening hand, especially Imrahil is great to see and very seldom a card I mulligan away. Having early access to A Very Good Tale is always great of course, seeing your location controlling allies in your opening hand can also be very helpful in a lot of quests.
Considerations
Emery and Pelargir Shipwright are very suitable to this archetype, as is Stand and Fight. Steward of Gondor is of course very wort including if noone else runs it, your own deck can profit from it but is not reliant on it. In the cases I do run it, I often prefer to put it on heroes controlled by other players.
What I really like to do with that archetype is convincing other players to run Desperate Alliance to improve your Caldara-trigger, which is why I put it in the sideboard.
