Premise
My preferred Caldara deck running Dáin Ironfoot, making it a bit more robust (but you also have to sacrifice all the great things Círdan the Shipwright brings to the table). Naturally, I included Thorongil and bumped the number of Dwarf allies. Imladris Stargazer is also really useful here. With Thorongil already in the deck, Sword-thain and Well-Equipped became quite the intriguing prospect so I naturally opted for them.
How To Play
As always with Caldara, Prince Imrahil is great to see early on, I also really enjoy Imladris Stargazer, especially in combination with Zigil Miner to control all of your discarding tools. Thorongil is not a high priority in your opening hand, I mostly enjoy it mid- to lategame once you have a few Dwarf allies on the board.
Considerations
Nothing much to say here, all allies are basically the cards I would include next if cutting something from the deck (e.g. if someone else needs to run the The One Ring). Desperate Alliance is cool to have other players include it in their deck, it does not do a lot for you.
Enjoy!!!
