Premise
My take on a thematic Rohan deck. Taking away some much-needed resource acceleration like Steward of Gondor hurts the archetype of course, Théoden and Théodred should help to compensate that to some extent at least. Éowyn is key for some questing, especially early on, while Horn of the Mark and Gúthwinë are here to keep your hand as full of possible. Aside from that, you mostly want to swarm allies with tools like A Very Good Tale and The Muster of Rohan.
How To Play
In my opening hand, I like cards enabling swarming like Legacy of Númenor, A Very Good Tale or The Muster of Rohan. Later on, your drawing tools become increasingly important, with your end goal often being recycling Éomund with Gúthwinë every turn to handle combat.
Considerations
Elfhelm can always be subbed for his tactics counterpart if threat becomes an issue. Rider of the Mark, Astonishing Speed and Man the Walls gain lots of value in higher player counts and should be considered in those. Herugrim is not that important but a fun thematic fit if you want to go that route.
