This is the questing/event side of the fellowship. Galadriel/Celeborn will buff all the Silvan allies and allow them to attack or do Silvan event shenanigans in addition to questing on their first turn. You can throw down some serious willpower with this deck.
Key is getting O Lórien! and Nenya out early. Not only will Nenya add that 4 willpower, it gives this deck the Lore icon. The other two key cards are Galadhrim Minstrel, which allows you to find the event you need, and Galadhrim Weaver, which will let you recur those very same events.
Unexpected Courage copies go on Galadriel and then across the table to Elrond and Beravor.
Arwen Undómiel's resources go to Galadriel or across the table to Elrond/Legolas
Captain's Wisdom/Greenwood Archer combo is great.
I also get great mileage out of Silvan Refugee/Children of the Sea, basically let's you get 5 Willpower out of the refugee for 1 cost.

The Sideboard has cards for location control if you need them.
