A deck that revolves around A Very Good Tale to swarm the table with strong allies.
Lore Aragorn is the key here. His ability to reset threat allows to play Deep Knowledge and Steward of Orthanc's ability without any fear. Lore sphere means massive card draw too. I added onto the deck my favorite tool for Aragorn: Sword that was Broken. Willpower won't be an issue :) With this artifact plus two other Leadership heroes, we can play Reinforcements, which is one of the best cards to mix with A Very Good Tale. Aragorn's Dúnedain Trait also makes it possible to pull the Ranger of Cardolan + A Very Good Tale combo during the Refresh phase.
Balin and Celeborn are mostly fillers tbh. I needed two Leadership heroes: they both add good willpower right from the go, which is good for clearing The Storm Comes and locations with Elf-stone asap, and their traits call for the presence of Unlikely Friendship! One of my favorite cards around.
The rest of the deck are all the cool allies we all know; they add a lot of versatility: shadow cancelation, scrying, healing, direct damage, location control, high stats, ... feel free to swap these allies for the ones you always wanted to add onto your deck. Enjoy!
