Deck is built around Eleanor and Rain of Arrows. Part of the cost of rain of arrows is to exhaust a ranged charicter since there are no ranged allies in spirit I focused on tactics allies like Vassal of the Windlord and Galadhon Archer. Tactics Legolas is the lowest threat ranged hero and taxtics Éowyn is needed for questing
Gondorian Shield on Eleanor makes her a defender with Hasty Stroke as a safety net and Feint for big attacks or if she has to exhaust for treachery cancellation. Herugrim on Éowyn so her ability can take down the hill troll if needed.
Other cards of note Guardian of Rivendell and Eagles of the Misty Mountains can take the full hill troll attack and the eagles can survive if they are around when Vassal of the Windlord left play. Skyward Volley
