Thurindir Setup: Start with Rally the West to have a strong questing presence.
"We have no place, and no place has us."
The focus of this deck is to constantly be clearing sights and questing strong. Easily the most useful card in this deck is Asfaloth when placed on Glorfindel; in some ways Asfaloth is better to play than an ally in most cases with this deck. Quest your heroes all the time as Glorfindel and Idraen will likely always be ready after questing. You will often want to side quest when possible so that you can power up Thurindir as well as have Rider of Rohan as reliable backup.
Power up Glorfindel with two Legacy Blades for when fighting is needed, but also use his presence for threat lowering with Elrond's Counsel (though, Double Back helps too).
The Ancient Mathoms and Dúnedain Pipes will help keep your deck at a steady card-draw (switching in Daeron's Runes may help as well).
This deck has a hard time letting active locations be in play at all thus why Lórien Guide and Elf-stone are in the sideboard.
Works really well with combat or defense based decks when two-handing on adventures.
