This deck is not creative at all, it is a crowdsourced dwarven miner deck.

My procedure was as follows -- I looked at decks using both Imladris Stargazer and Zigil Miner to see what the most popular lineup was -- and it turned out to be a Caldara deck with Círdan the Shipwright and Arwen Undómiel. Second place had Caldara with Éowyn instead of Cirdan. Third place swapped out Arwen for Glorfindel -- and tied with a Gandalf lineup. You can see the appeal of the Zigil/Stargazer combo in Caldara decks to get the allies you want in the discard, and with Gandalf around Zigil always guesses correctly. But neither are really dwarven mining decks, so I arbitarily disqualified them and fell back on the top dwarf lineup, with Dáin Ironfoot/Bifur/Nori. Dwarves are so fractured that this was only three creators, but I expanded the analysis to eight decks by considering all eight creators who made Leadership/Lore/Spirit decks with multiple dwarf heroes. I then analyzed the contents those decks to see what the most common cards were. All of the dwarf-related discard cards were used at least once except Dwarf Pipe.

To turn that information into a deck, I then used the median count to apportion card slots to the most popular choices in each category, trying to use the most popular count for each until I ran out of space (I did lower the count at the end of the list so I could fit cards with same approximate selection). I also limited the cards to a single core set.

The end result should be a stereotypical Dwarven Miner Deck -- one that only includes cards that others have used the most (by percentage, not raw count) in their own Dwarven Miner decks. If you want the typical mining experience, this may be a good fit -- and if it's not, don't blame me, blame the committee!

Playstyle is really dwarven swarm, with Zigil Miner providing the resources in a stress-fee manner once you get the Stargazer out. But blind discarding can also get you a free ally in Ered Luin Miner or resources from Hidden Cache. Don't worry too much about losing something critical, Ered Nimrais Prospector can get it back. Look for Legacy of Durin or Zigil Miner in your opening hand, though you won't be able to play the miner turn one unless you have We Are Not Idle and are willing to exhaust a hero. The most common cost in the deck is 2, so if you're mining blind that's probably a good guess.
