Heores: Hirluin the Fair is a staple in any outlands deck while Sam Gamgee helps provide early questing and action advantage while you set up the outlanders. Faramir can ready crucial allies to allow for high questing and combat capabilities.

Allies: All the outlands allies as per usual are join by Galadriel who fetches Lord of Morthond and Steward of Gondor. Gandalf generally draws cards or lowers threat as enemies are not an issue. Bill the Pony is just a free ally that can help keep Sam Gamgee alive if needed.

Attachments: Lord of Morthond and Steward of Gondor provides the two needs of every solo deck;card draw and resources.

Events: Tighten Our Belts helps early game for resources. We Are Not Idle just thins the deck. A Very Good Tale is great to swarm more allies and is great when paired with Forlong. Men of the West helps recover discarded allies from A Very Good Tale or any that were killed. Sneak Attack and Strength of Arms make for really powerful turns that can decide the game.

Overall, the deck takes 1-2 turns to set up but then it snowballs. A good opening hand would include Steward of Gondor or Tighten Our Belts along with an Ethir Swordsman.
