This is one of the 2 decks for Journey To The Crossroads in my Thematic Saga run (which includes the 2 PoD quests that are inserted after the 1st quest in Black Riders.) I beat the quest twice in a row on Easy Mode with the Fellowship.
Boons: Sting and Brace Of Coneys are in this deck.
Burdens: The Searching Eye
This deck is all about buffing up questing and building Faramir into a killing machine.
You really want to see Visionary Leadership or Ingold in your opening hand. In my 1st win, Ingold didn't show up until very late and it took me until the 15th round to win. In my 2nd win, I had both --- and I won in the 9th round (thanks to a treachery pulling an additional enemy from the The Crossroads.)
Gondorian Shield and Armored Destrier are for Beregond in the other deck. With a Gondorian Shield, he will be able to defend against the Oliphaunts.
I always used Wealth of Gondor to give resources to the Lore heroes in the other deck.
The dream combo --- which is admittedly quite difficult to set up --- is to get Steward of Gondor, Gondorian Fire and a Great Yew Bow onto Faramir so he can start sniping enemies in the staging area --- thereby avoiding not only normal attacks, but also the on-engagement effects that most enemies have. If you can also give him Heir of Mardil and an Unexpected Courage (in the other deck), your attacking needs are now met. Unfortunately, I was not able to set this up in either of my wins, so it is not vital. But it would be really cool.
