This is a progression style deck for The Massing at Osgiliath in solo.
General strategy:
Stall on the first quest stage until you have enough to beat the last quest in one round. With Éowyn, Aragorn+Celebrían's Stone, Faramir and some allies, you will easily be able to quest for 20+, especially with Escort from Edoras.
Detailed strategy:
The first round is the most difficult since you must engage 2 enemies from the start; you will want a way to deal with the Wolves right away. An ideal opening hand has Sneak Attack and Gandalf to get rid of the Wolves, but that would be quite lucky. Other options are Snowbourn Scout for chumping (which doesn't usually go so well in this quest) or Dúnedain Warning for Aragorn to defend. I have found that defending with Aragorn on the first turn and taking 2 damage comes back to bite as the game goes on. Better to avoid that early damage if possible.
Aragorn gets all the attachments. Celebrían's Stone helps pay for cards, especially once he gets Steward of Gondor. Aragorn is the main defender with Dúnedain Warning. Use him to quest sparingly since over-questing is an issue in this scenario.
Save copies of Escort from Edoras for burst questing in the final stage.
Northern Trackers are essential for getting rid of locations you can't travel to (or don't want to, e.g. Morgolduin)
Save A Test of Will to cancel copies of Cut Off when it would wreck you.
I use Dwarven Tomb to recur The Galadhrim's Greeting so that my threat is low enough to stay engaged with the Witch King and to avoid combat with tougher enemies.
