The sole purpose of this deck is to defend every enemy on the board. Don't bother trying to quest or attack, because the deck just can't. What it can do is allow your companions to rest easy knowing that you have defense covered.
You should try to build up your defenders one at a time. Mulligan for Gondorian Shield, as it will let you make Beregond into a wall from the very first turn. The second copy should go on Denethor and the third goes on Erkenbrand. Beregond also gets first dibs on Spear of the Citadel and Raven-winged Helm because you can play them for free on him.
The allies are either meant for defensive purposes or support roles. Erkenbrand is great if you have healing, so three copies of Warden of Healing are included. Most of the other allies are either defenders that are meant to survive like Defender of Rammas, or defenders that aren't, like Squire of the Citadel.
Other attachments in the deck are mainly for support purposes. DĂșnedain Signal lets Denethor defend for other players, and A Burning Brand makes sure shadows can't touch him. Song of Wisdom lets Beregond access the Brand and also allows him to pay for the few cards in the deck. Finally, Song of Battle lets the two other heroes pay for the wealth of cards in the deck.
Events in the deck help shore up its weaknesses. Daeron's Runes and Deep Knowledge cover the lack of card draw. Feint deals with enemies too big to defend (or those with "when attacks" effects), and Behind Strong Walls and Hold Your Ground! provide action advantage to defenders. A Good Harvest serves as a placeholder for Song of Battle in case the latter doesn't show up.
This deck goes well with "attack everything" and "quest with everything" decks, as it's really only good at defending.
Enjoy the deck!
