Warning: You are going to shuffle pretty much with this deck :) At best it should be paired with a sentinel /ranged deck. When playing solo, exchange The Galadhrim's Greeting with Elrond's Counsel.
Look for a Silver Harp in your starting hand and put it on Círdan, along with Light of Valinor and Narya. With Steward of Gondor he can then pay for all Spirit-, Leadership- and Neutral-cards. With Silver Harp attached, you negate Círdan‘s forced-effect at will and draw two cards each round, which keeps your hand full of allies for Lothíriel to play with.
Prince Imrahil gets an Armored Destrier and can defend smaller enemies (with Arwen Undómiel in play and her bonus for 3 defense), then ready and still attack. He can also quest and ready himself if you put an ally into play with Lothíriel‘s response and shuffle it back into your deck at the end of the quest phase. Play Valiant Sacrifice when that happens (or when you sneak in Gandalf) and get yourself some cards.
Many of the allies have useful responses when being put into play and almost all of them share a trait with Lothíriel (Gandalf‚ Bofur and the West Road Traveller being the only ones who doesn‘t). Bofur is for emergency questpower, West Road Traveller and Thrór's Key for location control and Gandalf...He‘s just good for anything.
If you happen to draw a Warden of Healing, let it go to the discard pile and bring him into play via Stand and Fight. If he’s in your starting hand, put him into play with Lothíriel, shuffle him back and discard him, when you draw him next time.
You can of course bring other allies to the table with Stand and Fight, who don‘t have a ressource match, but I would rather let them appear and disappear with Lothíriel‘s response and keep your deck cycling around - if you‘ve been drawing all your cards, you can always bring one ally back to your deck by first let him quest and then put him back into your deck. Even if it is the only card left, you will draw it next round and can repeat it over and over again. If you put Damrod into play, you can reduce your thread with his action after questing and revealing some enemies, and later bring him back to your hand with Knight of Belfalas and do it all again.
Finally I‘ve even found a place for Linhir Sea-captain: Always use ressources from Lothíriel‘s pool first in order to pay for Spirit-cards; If Círdan hasn‘t found his Light of Valinor yet (or lost it to a nasty shadow effect) but has Narya already attached, he can pay three ressources for the Sea-captain, doesn‘t get exhausted for questing then and can use his ring‘s action in the combat phase. I know...a little meh, but when this combo comes off, it let‘s you smile. And you can always decide to just put the Sea-captain into play the easy way (by Lothíriel’s response).
