It's actually pretty simple: get Nenya and pump out those allies as quickly as possible.
Galadriel with Celebrían's Stone and Silver Circlet. And Nenya and Steward of Gondor of course.
Grimbeorn the Old with Raiment of War, Captain of Gondor, Raven-winged Helm and The Day's Rising. Vigilant Guard could be a live saver.
Kahliel obviously with his Kahliel's Headdress and he could use a Haradrim Spear, but when Yazan is out, better to save them.
Healing could be a problem, just insert a Dúnedain Remedy when the quest is hard.
