usage of thorongil and helm of secrecy is very thematic ^^

else, i think u have to few readying for a 3-hunters. why not adding 3 courages and/or 3 miruvor?

would cut forth eorlingas (i think you will have enough to to to fight the engaged enemys, and it a combataction, so you cannot use it in the questphase)

it lacks carddraw. would add 3 foehammer for the campfiretales

For readying I initially thought about using the songs (due to double down on Elfhem bonus) and Burst into Song but it took too much space. A couple of Unexpected Courage would be good though.

Forth Eorlingas! is my mistake, I wanted to use Charge of the Rohirrim.

I put in the Campfire Tales cause it often had quite a few Leadership resources. I could have used We Are Not Idle to simply thin the deck but I wanted to leave some multiplayer utility.

I think Helm of Secrecy is a great addition, especially for Eowyn on many levels. I have always contemplated playing around with Thorongil in a similar build I have. One thing I am curious about is the adbatage of starting out with Theoden in the first place versus going for the bonus with his version from the get-go. Would it be to use Eoywn's ability early game while maintaining the spirit and tactics resources? Just curious is all. I think Charge of the Rohirrim is great here as well. It's hard not to include it with Elfhelm. I like the idea of Burst into Song with Elfhelm as well.

I'd agree with @doomguard about. Additional readying even if it was adding another snowmane and UC.

The idea was that Éowyn can be really key in many quest for her ability to kill quickly an enemy that you started with around (from recent experiences let's say Sahir's Ravager in Raid on Grey Havens). Due to that I had to with Théoden (which is wasted in a deck with no allies) to have access to Spirit. But in other quest where you don't have this need you can indeed switch the Spirit and Tactics versions of Théoden and Éowyn, gaining a better starting Willpower instead.

Another choice could be to use Fastred (adding The One RIng and Inner Strenght) to have better defense and repeteable theat reduction instead of Theoden and using Thorongil for Eowyn. But then I would also switch Elfhelm for Éomer and it would become a different deck :D

@Alonewolf87I was thinking that was your reasoning and I agree with it. Basically it is mid-game sphere-swapping. I think its a good strategy, albeit it depends on card draw. S Theoden is still a great choice because of a turn two Herugrim alone. His stats are good for this scheme. Even if you never end up Thorongil-ing him he'll still allow you to set up well.

Even better between Herugrim's and the contract discount you can even play the sword on Theoden turn 1.
