My take on a Forth, The Three Hunters! deck showcasing Dúnhere.

The play strategy is relatively straightforward: Éowyn and Glorfindel combine low starting threat with the ability to quest for 7 from turn 1 while Dúnhere snipes enemies before they can engage. Once the contract flips, questing is off the charts, but this deck is capable of winning even if that doesn't happen.

Questing

As mentioned above, Éowyn and Glorfindel provide solid questing out of the gate (and once the contract flips, their willpower is off the charts). Battle quests are no problem (Éowyn can battle-quest for 10 in a pinch), but do NOT take this deck to a siege quest. Snowmane and Steed of the Mark go on Éowyn and Dúnhere respectively to provide questing and readying, while Light of Valinor is of course for Glorfindel. Dúnhere is also a great choice to make use of Battle-fury to take out an enemy during the quest phase.

Attacking

Dúnhere becomes a wrecking machine once equipped with Spear of the Mark and Dagger of Westernesse. Use Elrond's Counsel to keep your threat low and Unexpected Courage plus Rohan Warhorse to give him multiple attacks. Ideally, you won't be engaging many (if any) enemies, but Glorfindel provides a solid emergency attack option as well. Finally, Herugrim on Éowyn can set up a massive attack to take down boss enemies.

Defense

Once Éowyn has Snowmane and a Golden Shield, she becomes a very solid option for emergency defense (questing for 4 and then readying to defend for 5 without any other boosts). Round Shield and Sterner than Steel are for emergencies. This deck will admittedly struggle against swarms of enemies with low engagement costs, so Quick Strike can be supplemented with Feint and other attack cancellation if needed. Glorfindel can take an undefended attack in a pinch as well.

Miscellaneous

This deck struggles with card draw (only Ancient Mathom and Foe-hammer), but the plethora of low cost restricted attachments should allow you to flip Forth, The Three Hunters! anyway. A Test of Will is for cancellation, Strider provides a cheap willpower boost, and Revealed in Wrath works wonders against quests with enemies such as Mumaks. The sideboard includes options such as Thrór's Key for quests with troublesome locations, Power of Orthanc for quests with nasty condition attachments, and The White Council for when you need options (deck-thinning, readying, etc.).

I've beaten Peril in Pelargir and Into Ithilien pretty handily with this deck, and it's a lot of fun to play :).
