This is the deck I used to defeat The Challenge of the Wainriders for my single core series.
The video can be found here: https://youtu.be/-VcjD6tmb2I
This deck can absolutely smash this quest, so much so that I add an addition challenge to lap the Wainriders in my video.
Simply put, you make tests based on your stats and a Forth, The Three Hunters! deck is all about boosting your stats. Beregond will be your defender and racer, Haldir of Lórien will be your attacker (Hands Upon the Bow is amazing in this quest) and racer, and Éowyn will be your quester and racer. She also will get you through the HomeStretch with her massive boost.
Hopefully you get Unexpected Courage on Beregond, Light of Valinor on Haldir and Snowmane on Eowyn so they can each do multiple things around. If you have the ability to quest with Haldir and Eowyn, with the help of some Mirkwood Long-knife and Strider, you will be questing for 16 willpower without anyone being exhausted to do the racing test.
The other reason a Forth, The Three Hunters! is amazing for this quest is there is some ally hate in it....who cares!

I love this deck. I wonder if The Galadhrim's Greeting would be a good addition to ensure that you don't engage enemies you don't want to, to better use Haldir's ability.
