i am not the biggest an of haradtrait in this lcg (becaue in the books, they where never on the good side, while smeagol or saruman were at the start off their being....). but hey i am a little bit o bored and try new things ^^
so i think to make it effective:
ofc you need Kahliel but what 2 others? this is more a multiplayerdeck if playing solo i would recomand one o the heroes in the sideboard for (MotK) Jubayr. so, only way to start with 2 hardhero is Messenger of the King. who is the best haradcharacter? (if not playing solo, then Firyal else i choose and use Jubayr the most)
with (MotK) Jubayr and Denethor there is a solid defense from the start and some startingcoins too.
strategy is simple, give Kahliel the steward and his Kahliel's Headdress and play as much harads as possible. helping hand on that way to get these attachments earlier is the good old Galadriel while Jubayr and Denethor do the defending, all other can quest and/or attack. it does not really matter who of the both defender get The One Ring and Inner Strength + Power of Command (MotK) Jubayr can only get readied once a phase so he only need 1 Armored Destrier, perhaps that leads to Denethor.
because of access to the precious A Test of Will can be played and reused with Dwarven Tomb or got it back if it accidentally was discarded during a A Very Good Tale
mullian for the booring Steward of Gondor, but i you have a Galadriel i would consider keep that hand, thx to denethor she can be played 1. round, perhaps catch the steward quest or 3 and have additional use in the refresh-phase for a A Very Good Tale
Kahliels action is very good to use the additional copies of the uniques
do not forget, as soon as Kahliel has the steward, he is gondor and can get ressourse from Denethor he can also get a possible res with Envoy of Pelargir this makes it easier to pay or Yazan or Firyal.
