Attach Song of Wisdom, Song of Battle, Song of Travel, Hobbit Cloak, Staff of Lebethron, Good Meal, Fast Hitch, Ancestral Armor and Dúnedain Warning to Sam Gamgee. He will be your primary quester and defender.

Attach Light of Valinor, Asfaloth, Vigilant Guard and a second copy of Ancestral Armor to Glorfindel.

Use Honour Guard and Glorfindel with Vigilant Guard (a second copy can also be attached to Honour Guard) to redirect damage that would go on Beorn and heal them afterwards. If Beorn dies, bring him back with Fortune or Fate.

If Sméagol is turned to Gollum, Beorn can defend and kill him instantly to bring him back.

Nice deck, you should consider at least one copy of Fireside Song if you are going to load all those songs of Sam Gamgee anyway

Cool concept! I would definitely add The Houses of Healing. Then, you could swap Fireside Song with Fortune or Fate. I would also add Drinking Song and a Love of Tales.

@NERD Thanks :) I considered The Houses of Healing but feared that Sméagol would be flipped and his resources were gone, just in the round I'd like to play the event... With Song of Wisdom already in play it would be no problem, I guess. Which cards would you throw out for taking Love of Tales and Drinking Song instead?

I would swap a Song of Travel for a Song of Wisdom, and cut Deep Knowledge. If the deck needs more draw, replace Heed the Dream with Gléowine.

I played this deck for our recent episode of Cardboard of the Rings when we were highlighting Bond of Friendship, it was a lot of fun! I particularly liked the Grip/Fang/Wolf inclusion

adding The One Ring + The Master Ring could give more control when Sméagol flipps, means can cancel the first flipp if needed.
