Premise

This is a very neat little deck built out of the RCO pool to help out with combat wherever on the table it is required. Haldir of Lórien serves as an attacker that also prevents enemies attacking through his ability. Combined with cards like Feint and Hands Upon the Bow, this can shut down a lot of enemies with relatively low effort. Beregond and Legolas can then deal with whatever survived, using their focused stats more than once through action advantage like Rohan Warhorse, Behind Strong Walls, Lembas or Magic Ring.

How To Play

There is no specific card to mulligan for, pieces I always like to see however are weapons or Gondorian Shield (with Raiment of War being an alternative). Draw is always very useful too, I seldom mulligan away a hand containing either Gléowine or Foe-hammer along with a weapon. The deck is very easy to play, the main challenge comes during the engagement phase where it pays off to distribute the enemies in such a way that Haldir's ability can be used.

Considerations

Derndingle Warrior and Galadhon Archer are nice includes if you are worried about being short on defense or attack respectively. Gandalf is always a flexible option if you need it. Heed the Dream is not that crucial for yourself, if anybody else needs it however it can be a great include. Quick Strike is another tool to prevent enemy attacks, I think you are covered on that base however since it will not be too great the first few rounds since Haldir usually receives your first weapons and already has a built-in version of this effect.

Enjoy!!!
