Preferred Player Count: 1-4
Rating: .5
Premise
My preferred RCO deck built around the Silvan archetype. The idea here is pretty simple - stay afloat the first 3-4 rounds with your Silvans bouncing in and out of play before you can recycle Host of Galadhrim every round late in the game (with Galadhrim Weaver returning the Host from last round and therefore keeping the cycle alive). Celeborn is key for boosting your allies while Galadriel enables your allies to use their stats twice through her first ability while covering draw/threat through her second one.
How To Play
Seeing Steward of Gondor early on (or O Lórien! as an alternative) is great since the whole archetype is more on the expansive side due to lots of your allies bouncing out of play and therefore having to be played again.
Your key allies are Galadhrim Minstrel to keep your hand stacked with your key events and Galadhrim Weaver to ensure that nor more than one Host is buried in the discard pile. The Elvenking is very much a failsafe if that happens since it lets you recycle the Weaver to get through more cards in your discard pile. Gandalf along with Sneak Attack is also very important since it quickens your draw considerably, bringing you closer to a situation where you Host-recycling becomes realistic.
Considerations
Greenwood Archer is great in multiplayer or can be included alongside Captain's Wisdom, Magic Ring is always useful while Elf Guide and Quicker Than Sight once again gain quite some value in higher player counts.
