A deck where Glóin is the main hero and is used to gain additional resources and once equipped with Gondorian Fire and Unexpected Courage and/or Heir of Mardil is able to take a hit gain the resource, untap, and hit like a truck. (MotK) Haleth is there to help dig for the needed attachments all while Galadriel offsets the negative effects of The One Ring and Well Preserved.

Why Dark Knowledge instead of A Burning Brand (allowed via Narvi's Belt)? Actually there are just a lot of odd choices here. You didn't list your card pool restrictions, so maybe you just don't have better cards (yet)?

I didn't know you could set a card pool. All I have is the core set and the four starter decks. My buddy has the whole game and is letting me use the 6 cards I don't own (Messenger of the King, Haleth, Gondorian Fire, The One Ring, and Well Preserved) I'm hoping to get more as it is getting released but I just started a few months ago.
