Premise
This is a deck mostly reserved for higher player counts that focuses almost entirely on questing. Sure, you have a few combat options, however the general idea here is swarm a lot of cheap Rohan allies, quest with them and then boost them afterwards with Astonishing Speed (which is playable even from round 1 onwards through the resource acceleration provided by Théodred).
How To Play
Cards I like to see early on are tools to swarm your boardstate with allies, namely cards like The Muster of Rohan or A Very Good Tale. A special shoutout should be given to Legacy of Númenor and Steward of Gondor (especially in combination with each other), with them providing a fantastic resource boost to set you up for the rest of the game. Seeing some of your cheap allies early on also helps massively and sets you up for some truly awesome Astonishing Speeds.
Considerations
Angbor the Fearless and Envoy of Pelargir are good general includes if space frees up, Rider of the Mark is very useful if you have troubles with very nasty shadow effects. Man the Walls and The Seeing-stone (to get Legacy) are very useful tools if you still find yourself struggling for resources/needing more tempo and can be included in that case.
