The mains strategy is keeping your threat low and kill enemies on the stagin area with Dúnhere, equipping him wiith Dúnedain Mark to increase his attack.
Steward of Gondor and Celebrían's Stone are for Aragorn, so you always have resources for his effect and can pay for cards too. Sword that was Broken is also for him, this way you can quest easily, but Faramir can fill this role too if you don't draw it. Light of Valinor is to prevent Glorfindel's side effect and Unexpected Courage can go on anyone, but mainly on Dúnhere so you can attack multiple times.
Elrond's Counsel and The Galadhrim's Greeting keep your threat low so enemies don't engage, but if they engage you have A Light in the Dark to keep them away.
Ghulat can be easily killed with Gandalf, either by attacking with him and other heroes or using his 4 damage effect, mainly with the Sneak Attack combo.
