Pretty straightforward tri-sphere elf deck that I primarily use for true solo play. This is a progression deck using cards up to Heirs of Númenor. It doesn't use any songs or tricks for resource generation (I specifically didn't want to use Steward of Gondor), so all cards cost 0/1/2 except for Gandalf.
Top priorities are getting Light of Valinor on Glorfindel and getting Rivendell Blade on Elladan. After that, Arwen Undómiel is pretty key to get out in order to help with questing.
Since there are so many zero and one cost cards (36!) you're going to want to get your card draw going with Valiant Sacrifice, Foe-hammer, Ancient Mathom and even Gandalf. And Imladris Stargazer can help make sure you get the right cards in the right order (you'll want Rivendell Blade to come up before Foe-hammer and Goblin-cleaver, for example).
