This deck uses one of the biggest loopholes of the game: Beorn being able to have his damage cancelled. Osbera is there for the versatility to either quest better or get more damage cancelled on Beorn. Harry Goatleaf too is for canceling damage and questing.

The important Allies:

Honour Guard is the King of canceling damage. You also love to see Birna, Galadriel's Handmaiden and West Road Traveller for some more willpower. Gléowine and Henamarth Riversong are also always nice to have.

The most important attachments:

Secret Vigil and Woodmen's Clearing are always nice to see for threat reduction. There's also a lovely Pint for Osbera to drink after she uses the ability on the side. If you can afford the of another location in the staging area, the Elendilmir is nice to put on both Harry or Osbera.

The best events: I just included the obvious staples, like A Test of Will, Feint, Daeron's Runes and The Galadhrim's Greeting, as well as Wait no Longer to prevent even more threat in the staging area.

Now there's just one question left: when to flip Osbera?

Usually don't do it for single enemies engaging you, as Beorn can just carry that one and you don't want to waste a resource. I'd say the critical threshold where you should trigger her is around the 3rd to 4th enemy that engages you.
