This deck is the Attack-deck of the fellowship. This means that the deck will engage at least one enemy each round, triggering Mablung's effect to add one resource to his pool. It focuses heavy on Gondor and Silvan traits.

Mablung's effect quickly fires up a steady cashflow and can result in a shortage of cards in the hand. Therefor I added Gandalf's Search and Lórien's Wealth to increase the card draw. Before adding these, I had some games ending up with 11 resources and no cards to play in my hand...

It's essential to get either Song of Wisdom or Rivendell Minstrel in your starting hand to get this deck of the ground. Attaching the Song to Mablung will give you access to a steady flow of both and resources, resulting in a good and steady income for both spheres. I opt for a mulligan if neither of those cards is in my starting hand.

Gondor and Silvan traits aren't heavy hitter nor genuine tankers by nature, so the focus of this deck is on the attachments. Blade of Gondolin, Bow of the Galadhrim, Elven Mail, Gondorian Shield, Captain of Gondor and Cloak of Lórien. Also the need for healing and canceling is important, in case some damage does get through: Warden of Healing, Daughter of the Nimrodel, Gondorian Discipline and Honour Guard.

Important allies: Haldir of Lórien, his brother Rúmil, and the Silvan Tracker, to get the most out of the Silvan synergy. Defender of Rammas as a solid defender, and Honour Guard to occasionally save the Rammas Defender.

This deck is currently designed with Mirkwood cycle in mind, which is heavy on Orc and Spider enemies, and has lots of forest locations. If the quest lacks Orc enemies or isn't heavy on questing, The Blade of Gondolin can be swapped for Rivendell Blade since I prefer a -2 on defence on every enemy to adding a progress token on the quest (Legolas already adds 2 for destroying an enemy). Cloak of Lórien is also really powerful when the active location has a forest trait, so when the quest lacks those you can swap it for the new Defender of Cair Andros to keep a solid chump blocker available. Since you start with 30 threat, this card is a strong defender right away, and affordable with Mablung's effect.
