After reading the Fastred-review from TalesftCards I thought about building a new deck with him. Because there are already a lot of different Fastred/Dunhere decks, so I decided to try something different. I ended with a deck that uses Fastreds threat reduction to stay in secrecy.

Elrond's Counsel is a great card to see in your opening hand, because you can stay with it in secrecy even if you don't draw an enemy. The Secrecy cards are also great to see, especially Resourceful which first goes on Pippin. Light of Valinor is not that important, because you probably can't use the attack in the beginning.

In the beginning of the game, trigger Fastreds abilty every round to stay in secrecy. Once you played some secrecy cards and have mustered enough attack strength with LoV, Ithilien Lookout and Unexpected Courage on Fastred you can start killing stuff. Notice that if you draw a second Raiment of War and A Good Harvest you can put in on Glorfindel

Ressource Generation is not really a problem for this deck, even if you don't draw Resourceful you can still play most cards because they are cheap if you stay in secrecy. Pippin is a draw engine in combination with Fastred, because you can engage the same enemy every round.

I found in this deck Lembas very useful for the extra readying on Fastred so I moved the Wardens of Healing to sideboard. You can still swap them in for quests with lots of direct damage effects. Also you don't need shadow cancellation for every quest, but if you have many attack boosting effects or other bad shadows include Tides of Fate or Hasty Stroke for Ride Them Down.
