A Lore Faramir centered deck with a unique way to contribute both to questing and to combat.
During the quest phase, this deck contributes by reducing the threat of cards in the staging area with cards like Ranger Spikes, Secret Vigil, Secret Paths, and Radagast's Cunning. When enemies begin to build up in the staging area, Faramir can make a major contribution using Grappling Hook or Hands Upon the Bow.
During the combat phase, the goal is to never have to defend. This can be accomplished by using the likes of Feint, Quick Strike, or Ambush or by leaving enemies in the staging area to be picked off using Great Yew Bow. It's great fun to use both in the same turn--having Faramir and Merry attack an engaged enemy, then using Merry's ability to ready Faramir to kill an enemy in the staging area.
Mulligan for Master of the Forge, ideally, or any hand with a few attack-cancelling events as well as some weapon attachments.
Things start to fall apart if the game runs on and threat begins to rise, so it's not the best deck to take to a pick-up game. Pair with a low-threat questing-focused deck for best results.
