Parrawan 58
For nigh on two years after the Dagor Bragollach the Noldor still defended the western pass about the sources of Sirion, for the power of Ulmo was in that water, and Minas Tirith withstood the Orcs. But at length, after the fall of Fingolfin, Sauron, greatest and most terrible of the servants of Morgoth, who in the Sindarin tongue was named Gorthaur, came against Orodreth, the warden of the tower upon Tol Sirion. Sauron was become now a sorcerer of dreadful power, master of shadows and of phantoms, foul in wisdom, cruel in strength, misshaping what he touched, twisting what he ruled, lord of werewolves; his dominion was torment. He took Minas Tirith by assault, for a dark cloud of fear fell upon those that defended it; and Orodreth was driven out, and fled to Nargothrond. Then Sauron made it into a watchtower for Morgoth, a stronghold of evil, and a menace; and the fair isle of Tol Sirion became accursed, and it was called Tol-in-Gaurhoth, the Isle of Werewolves. [...]
In the time when Sauron cast Beren into the pit a weight of horror came upon Lúthien's heart; and going to Melian for counsel she learned that Beren lay in the dungeons of Tol-in-Gaurhoth without hope of rescue. Then Lúthien, perceiving that no help would come from any other on earth, resolved to fly from Doriath and come herself to him
The Silmarillion - J.R.R. Tolkien
This deck is a tribute to Beren and Lúthien, based on that part of the Silmarillion when she rescues him from Tol-in-Gaurhoth and head together to the halls of Melkor to get one of the silmarils back to Doriath as a present to Thingol, Melian's father, so they can marry.
It's a slow starter, but once it's on, it's pretty powerful.
Strat with a mulligan for Song of Kings, because you will need the resources to play some of the most important cards, all of them on Aragorn (Steward of Gondor for the resources, Roheryn for the resources and to attack the enemy before it strikes you. Celebrían's Stone to get the extra 2 and the resources, and the Sword that was Broken for the extra 1 ). After the Song of Kings the most important card is Strider, which will allow Aragorn to quest without exhausting and with 2 extra .
Your main concern here is the drawing (don't worry about threat, because you can reset it to 21 whenever you want). Elven-light, Deep Knowledge, Daeron's Runes and the Dúnedain Pipe will give you that, and if you play Galadriel you can equip one of the attachments among the first five cards of your deck and then order them as you want. After that if you play Sneak Attack + Gandalf you will get those three cards and have an extra asset that phase, for questing or attacking.
All go on Aragorn, except Light of Valinor and the Steed of Imladris.
