This is the best deck I've came up with to make Lothíriel work. (MotK) Gamling+Escort from Edoras+Horn of the Mark engine give you +4 and a draw every turn. Guardian of Rivendell and Steed of Imladris are there to put attachments on the discard pile so you can play Gúthwinë on Éomer using Reforged, which is a 9 attack heroe if everything is setup, also, bringing fallen Rohan allies to hand. Horn of Gondor is for whoever can use it and Necklace of Girion for Lothíriel, extra resources are needed to pay for all the spirit allies. Open the Armory as an extra copy of Gúthwinë and Round Shield to pump the Guardian of Rivendell just a bit. The Westfold Horse-breeder to search for 1 of the 5 mounts.

You should have Gamling in your deck. So technically it's 51 cards.

An idea may be to add Snowbourn Scout. I've done some experimenting with this type of deck using the scout as Lothíriel gets him in for free. One free progress as a result. It is a bit of a trade-off considering he has no WP, though... Something to think about. Other than that, I love this idea of a deck!

escort from edoras recycle is a bid to less for the setup of 2 heroes. not a bad idea, but imo not enough. eowyn does the same (quest for 4) and additional options. the greatest task you can made with lothirian+eomer is in my opinion put as often as you can eomund in play, that gives you a readying of all rohancharakters after questing,, what is more than only +4 willpower. i have realised that with more carddraw and mustering the rohirrim.
