This is my Bond of Friendship deck themed around Gondor and Rohan's relationship, and taking advantage of characters leaving play.

I play this deck as part of a two handed fellowship but I think it can perform pretty well on its own!

Heroes

The hero lineup is pretty self explanatory. I started with Lothíriel and knew I wanted some Gondor and some Rohan, so I chose the obvious characters that synergize with her traits and abilities - Prince Imrahil and Éomer. Imrahil should get two actions a round and Eomer should always have 5 attack. Needing a lore hero and lacking any solid defender, Denethor was a perfect final choice.

Card Draw

This deck dumps cards and needs to refill often. Horn of the Mark is the deck's most important card and should be mulliganed for and attached to Lothiriel on turn 1. Gléowine is a suitable backup. Daeron's Runes can discard any of the duplicate uniques or attachments. Soldier of Gondor is a great body but also can be great card draw in valour, and can be used more than twice if used by Lothiriel. Gúthwinë can be pseudo card draw also.

Allies

These are mostly focused on contributing willpower when being brought in by Lothiriel, but there are some exceptions:

  • Faramir is fantastic in this deck in the right circumstance. Even if you don't hit an enemy he still contributes 2 willpower and can be shuffled again

  • Angbor can be used by Lothiriel until you reach valour, then he becomes an important body since we don't always build much of a board.

  • Damrod is surprisingly helpful to knock off a threat or two since you can use his ability without paying.

  • Gandalf is your most powerful threat reduction but should be used for card draw if possible.

Overall a good balance should try to be struck between playing allies with Lothiriel and playing to build a board. I typically try to keep 2 allies in hand for Lothiriel and play the rest, or hang onto situational abilities like Faramir.

Attachments

Visionary Leadership is super powerful and should probably be prioritized over allies. Surprisingly this deck struggles with sustained willpower most of all. I typically play it on Lothiriel since Imrahil doesn't often get up to 3 resources to be able to play it on himself and get the bonus immediately.

The defensive attachments should go on Denethor first of all, ideally he has Gondorian Shield and A Burning Brand. Imrahil is a decent backup defender if you happen to draw another shield later.

Weapons go on Eomer so ideally he can attack for 9 each turn, which should be plenty to kill a weaker enemy, return an ally, and deal some extra damage to a second enemy.

Events

A Good Harvest is there for resource smoothing.

Don't need to say much about Feint but obviously better in the early game before Denethor is setup.

The White Council initially was added only because I needed 10 neutral cards but it turns out to work pretty well in this deck. It gives Denethor another defend in an emergency, can be used as resource smoothing, or can be another card draw for our ever hungry hand.

Captains of the West is okay because all 4 heroes are nobles, but open to suggestions on that one.

Overall this deck has been working great. My fellowship has been smashing the Harad cycle so far (except for Long Arm of Mordor, had to swap this for a Grey Wanderer deck to beat it).
