This is a deck I've been working on for a while. It works well multiplayer and solo, but I mostly play multiplayer. It's versatile and every turn is full of a lot of decisions. It's been tweaked quite a bit and has survived the test of time to prove itself pretty good against most quests. Recently beat Attack on Dol Guldur in a 2-player game.

Opening hand, you want to look for Love of Tales, To the Sea, to the Sea!, and Galdor of the Havens. You probably won't get all three in the first six card, but with the extra 4 in the opening turn draw, and 2 from Beravor, you have an okay chance. Having Elven Jeweler or Protector of Lórien are also a good cards to have first turn since you can't always utilize your entire first turn of cards. This deck builds WP pretty quickly and is alright at combat too after a couple turns.

Beravor is pretty much only used to exhaust to get extra cards until you get an Unexpected Courage, and then will likely be used for attack. Feel free to let another player draw cards if they have excess resources and can help tank enemies. This deck wants to quest more, but can still handle enemies once it's built up.

Protector of Lórien and Light of Valinor on Erestor along with the first copy of Song of Travel.

You always want to know how many copies of Will of the West you have left and don't want to put yourself in a situation where you draw the last one with no resources to use it. You will likely cycle this deck 2-3 times in a game, and the last cycle will go pretty quickly with the amount of cards you have out.

Glorfindel is a key ally for attacking, and a timely Tale of Tinúviel can or Lords of the Eldar can be useful for knocking off high HP enemies.

Sailor of Lune is great for questing, be aware of the top card of your deck at all times and have a plan for discarding an event to Protector of Lórien if you need to boost WP for the team.

Heirs of Earendil is great for removing troublesome locations, and the threat reduction in the deck is able to negate threat increase. Gildor's Counsel is pretty much always great, but would swap it out in a solo game for another high cost card. Love of Tales plus songs (The Road Goes Ever On is a great resource generator that can usually get another player a much needed sidequest) will help fuel resources for playing events or more allies beyond the one from To the Sea, to the Sea!. Other higher cost events could also be used in this deck effectively as needed.
