This is a surprisingly synergistic deck that aims to maximize one of the most powerful card effects in the game (Gandalf) via Sneak Attack and Gwaihir's Debt. Steward of Gondor goes on Radagast, as does Radagast's Staff and Wizard Pipe to pump out cheap eagles and bears. Word of Command and Drinking Song enables easy finding of the staff, pipe, and steward as these are important to get the deck humming. Wizard Pipe is also hugely important to move Gandalf to the top of the deck for Gwaihir's Debt. If that fails, there are plenty of eagle targets as well.

The second aim of this deck is to maximize Beorn by using Honour Guard, Close Call, Loyal Hound, Beorn's Rage, and Landroval to limit the damage he takes.

Finally, Sam Gamgee is basically there for low threat, high questing, and access to the Leadership sphere - while giving us a card draw boost in Drinking Song.

One interaction that is really powerful that I stumbled upon is the Messenger Raven and Wizard Pipe combo. It essentially enables Radagast to quest without exhausting every turn, and it guarantees card draw by enabling you to know what card you will be drawing at the end of the refresh phase. This plus, The Eagles Are Coming!, Daeron's Runes, Gandalf and Drinking Song gives tons of card draw.

Please let me know if you have suggestions. While this deck can more than hold its own in most quests, I suspect questing is it's major downfall which is why I included Rosie Cotton to bump it up a bit and added Sam Gamgee in lieu of Amarthiúl or Denethor - but they might be good picks as well in a multiplayer game.
