"The rapid charge of outlands!" is one of the top-10 great decks on RingsDB. It also contains just 2 attachments. Later, it was updated to contain only a single attachment. This makes it an obvious candidate for The Burglar's Turn.
This deck is the straight-forward modification to use that contract. The 3x Steward of Gondor must go, at which point Envoy of Pelargir becomes mostly useless.
I've added 3x Legacy of NĂºmenor, for early-game resource acceleration. If the threat increase is too expensive, The Gathering Storm should also work. I tend to play 2-handed, so the other deck can provide threat reduction.
Strider's Path effectively let's you grab an extra loot, which is especially useful on the first turn. Depending on how play testing goes, I may replace it with additional resource acceleration.
Finally, I swapped Wealth of Gondor for Man the Walls, since we can no longer give the resource to Hirluin and I tend to play multiplayer.
Note on the sideboard: I'd like to swap Denethor for Aragorn, in the hopes of playing 2+ Legacy of NĂºmenor and then resetting my threat. However, that swap also requires getting rid of Captain's Wisdom, so we end up with fewer resources overall during the crucial first turns.
