Qwaz 410
"Keep it secret. Keep it safe."
This deck was designed to be run solo but works well with a strong defending partner. It's all about flying under the radar. You want to keep enemies at bay until you're ready for them. Thankfully starting at 17 threat and Merry's ability make that entirely possible. The enemies gathering in the staging area shouldn't be too big a deal as you have plenty of willpower and when you find your defenders you can dispatch them in short order!
You want to mulligan for Resourceful.
Heroes
The heroes were selected for a few reasons. Firstly their combined starting threat of 17 is well inside the Secrecy range. This makes Glorfindel's neg-ability less of an issue early on if you don't instantly find your Resourcefuls and Merry should keep you low and probably lower you over the course of a game not dripping with Doomed.
Allies
The allies are here to provide extra (and their fringe benefits) while the non-unique allies are here so there's any at all. Legolas is of course here for additional and some card draw.
Attachments
Resourceful is vital to find early or is just too expensive. The first goes on Éowyn and the 2nd and 3rd can be judged when you find them depending on what's in your hand. If it's split, go as more of the deck's cost is there.
The rest are to help with combat, get you extra actions or draw you cards. The final setup should look something like this
Éowyn - Resourceful, Herugrim, Dagger of Westernesse and Unexpected Courage
Glorfindel - Light of Valinor, Rivendell Blade and Dagger of Westernesse
As i said, the other Resourcefuls can be judged at the time. The spare Dagger of Westernesse and Unexpected Courages could go on Merry but i'd look to your partner's deck in multiplayer first. The 2nd Rivendell Blade can go on Legolas and probably should.
Events
A few standards here. Threat reduction to suppliment Merry, some cancellation and some card draw. The Feints are to help if you can't find your defenders and A Good Harvest is for smoothing should one sphere be hiding.
Resource Generation
Resourceful is it. There's plenty of scope for it to work even if you can't find it in your opening hand. Previous versions of the deck included Stargazers and Miners but it was too much and the allies were better spent on more and . If struggling to save up for something A Good Harvest is here to help.
Card Draw
Coming at it from all angles; we've got an Ally, an Attachment and an Event. Not as reliable as 's draw (is anything?) but there's plenty of weapons, and to trigger them.
Weaknesses
Can be a little draw dependent. Generally if you're not drawing help in one area you are drawing help in another though.
