Currently paired with a mono-tactics Théoden/Éowyn/Hirgon deck which handles early-game questing and combat. Drop the mounts and Desperate Defense and replace them with the sideboard to get down to 50 and provide a more general deck.
Favorite cards in the deck: Strength of Will as a great use for Idraen on turns when she isn't needed for defense. Tides of Fate when paired with an appropriate encounter deck is excellent. The Long Defeat does lots of work in this deck, since you're likely to clear 2 side quests as well as the main quests. Elven-light is so damned good, even with just Legolas and Daeron's Runes to trigger it.
Be careful when using Scouting Party - there are a couple key cards that aren't scouts (Thurindir and Northern Tracker). The upcoming Scout version of Mighty Warrior (due out in pack 4 of Harad) will help smooth that out somewhat, and fits well into the relatively fast pace of the deck.
The deck really benefits from resource generation (even the occasional boost from something like Ranger Provisions). It's definitely not great at combat - with Idraen and Rider of Rohan (plus Unexpected Courage on Legolas) you can handle small stuff, but you'll need to be paired with a combat-focused deck for any quest newer than the Khazad-Dum cycle. But it can quest respectably (with a couple power turns thrown in) and has strong encounter deck and location control.
Great deck! how are you attaching Snowmane and Steed of the Mark?
