It's simple how work is split here. Grimbeorn the Old does combat, Gildor Inglorion and Nob quest and draw you cards.
Strategy: always use Nob, usually put Steward of Gondor on Gildor. He also gets the first Beorn's Welcome usually, for making your draw consistent.
Attachment distribution:
Nob: Fast Hitch
Gildor: Beorn's Welcome, CelebrÃan's Stone, Heir of Mardil, Steward of Gondor
Grimbeorn: Golden Belt, Beorn's Welcome, Hauberk of Mail, Captain of Gondor, The Day's Rising, Vigilant Guard. The preferred restricted ones are: War Axe, Rohan Warhorse and 1x Armored Destrier.
Onto anyone: Box of Earth, Cram and Lembas
The Allies in the deck are mostly just for extra questing and finding more attachments

What do you think of using The Riddle-game for Necklace of Girion on Nob? |
May 09, 2025it would make the deck more powerfull direct from the start, but it might be better to include more cost 0 cards then. perhaps: |
consider 1-2 Errand-rider and if using Steward of Gondor then make it 3. (would discard 1 The Day's Rising and 1 Ranger Provisions for that)
consider Hold Your Ground! then Grimbeorn the Old might use his ability twice in a cruicial round (might in this case perhaps even better than Feint if he can kill with the additional action)
