This deck really wants to get out O Lórien! first turn, but can also survive a slow start by use Galadriel to lower your threat and dig for it. A copy of The Tree People and/or Feigned Voices are also pretty desirable.
Play is pretty straight forward. Cycle in Silvans to get the bonus from Galadriel and use the events to return the cheaper Silvans to hand (preferably Galadhrim Minstrel to scrye for events or Silvan Refugee). It shouldn't take long to build up your elven force.
Legolas and Rúmil can cheat their way in through A Good Harvest, A Very Good Tale, or The Tree People.
Light of Valinor goes on Rossiel. Many quests have victory locations to potentially boost her . A Cloak of Lórien, A Burning Brand, and a copy of None Return can be used to turn her into a good defender later in the game.
The deck typically cycles through completely, and recycles with Will of the West so don't be alarmed by some of the low counts on some of the cards. With the extra card draw from Galadriel and event searching from Galadhrim Minstrel, you'll get through the deck. Island Amid Perils isn't my favorite choice in this deck, but it was the best choice to get another option to bring Silvan's back to hand.
This is mainly used as a multi-player deck, but can work solo as well. There are several ranged options to help out with attacking, and the Defender of the Naith can Sentinel defend as needed.
