This is a secrecy deck in disguise. First few turns you will have a decently high threat but after the first couple of turns your board should be strong. You will want to mulligan if you don't have a Mirror of Galadriel, Imladris Stargazer in your starting hand, as those really help to establish Galadriel . There are two paths to secrecy.
Path #1 Sneak Attack + Gandalf / Galadriel's Handmaiden + The Tree People / Galadriel and her draw ability. This path is a slow burn and may take a few turns, but it is a good option early game as it does not require a ton of resources and is really good at delaying until you can establish a board. Also, consider sneaking Gandalf into the field and then tapping him to a very good tale to bring out a Gildor Inglorion, or Súlien or Firyal.
Path #2 The Fall of Gil-Galad + Círdan the Shipwright. This is your burst to 20 or less. Pretty close to a sure thing, this is really exceptional when you have a Timely Aid + Risk Some Light in hand.
