I've been really interested in making Rossiel work. She can be slow to setup with all the adding of cards to the victory display, so why not run her in secrecy with powerful Outlands allies? One word of warning though, this deck is intended as support deck in a 2+ player game.
The strategy: Get a Resourceful going turn one. Ideally you will mulligan into it and if not then Heed the Dream can probably help fetch it. You will not miss a third hero if you get two Resourcefuls out early. If the encounter deck doesn't doom you too much our make you fail at questing you'll have a good 4-5 rounds of secrecy bliss, getting your Ithilien Lookout, Out of the Wild, Risk Some Light out for free/cheap. Especially if you get a Leaf Brooch attached. And with Keen as Lances and Vanish from Sight will allow to get further secrecy cards out once you pass threat 20.
Tips:
- Ethir Swordsman are the Outland MVP allies. Get them out ASAP.
- Once you are established Rossiel can defend with the A Burning Brand or quest for 4 if needed which makes her very versatile.
- Risk Some Light and Needful to Know combo very well to keep you in secrecy.
Can't use Lord of Morthond with Rossiel. What about Timely Aid instead?
