Gerrymander 142
Here's my take on an Elfhelm deck.
The principles are basic, mount everyone with Armored Destrier to get Elfhelm's bonuses. Westfold Horse-Breaker and Aragorn (with CelebrÃan's Stone) can help dig them out. Song of Battle to get some attack bonuses on your heroes. Some strong card draw is needed, hence Rod of the Steward and Valiant Sacrifice. The classic Sneak Attack/Gandalf combo is likely used best for card draw too.
The really interesting thing about this deck is the huge amount of readying you can do with Aragorn. Heir of Mardil synergizes well with Steward of Gondor (and can be especially useful if you can muster the strength to not exhaust until the combat phase), Wealth of Gondor and Gaining Strength. Cram for even more readying.
Anborn to help find more cards if you have dead cards in your hand, Galadriel to help find your needed attachments. Other allies are fairly replaceable, but with a starting threat of 32, Veteran of Osgiliath rapidly becomes very powerful.
As a note, variations of this deck also work well with the two other versions of aragorn. Lore Aragorn is great with Sword that was Broken, while Tactics Aragorn can also be helpful and has great synergy with Amarthiúl. I went with Core Aragorn because he can be readied very easily.
