i like decks where the heroes alone can achieve something, so in this case:

• all can quest, Frodo Baggins use his ability on (MotK) Rosie Cotton so she can if needed increase willpoer and gain a result of 9 wp naked only used frodos ability 1. round.

• every increase of willpower on rosie has the possibility to double, and that from the start without any needed combo.

playing solo The One Ring + Power of Command is recomanded, increase willpower by up to 4.

its a secrecydeck, does not like enemys from the start, but if one comes, sam with his ability can defend and if you know that, spare rosie to buff his defense or attack.

gameplay

• try to play Resourceful and Timely Aid early, but with Frodo Baggins and (sneaked) Gandalf in addition to The Shirefolk you may stay in secrecy the whole game.

building your boardstate:

• get the expensive alllies with Timely Aid and A Very Good Tale. Tome of Atanatar can be used to recycle either.

• there are some green cards, but you have 3 songs and in addition 3 Rivendell Minstrel that can find you the song if needed (they can only come into game with Timely Aid or A Very Good Tale but overall seems good options for me.

• do not forget the Rivendell Scout the are free if you stay in sececy, also is Bill the Pony because of Sam Gamgee

• you might have 1 powerround (or 2 with Tome of Atanatar) to use Strength of Arms. might be for a possible final boss.

• if using faramir with right timing the increase can count double on rosie.

i usually play multiplayer so, The One Ring only if no other need, and the Dúnedain Wanderer are best friends for all at the table (they are also good play in secrecy and use for A Very Good Tale

if you play with AleP, include A Lesson in Caution it fasten up the build.

the deck REALLY shines together with a deck that uses Galadriel with Nenya, used on rosie it can increase to +8 willpower if needed.
