So, I would not be able to recommend this deck for solo-play as I have not yet tested it in that environment, do so at your own risk! This is intended for group-play with you taking a more supportive role in the game. Hero choices reflect this, with Beravor and Bilbo Baggins both giving card draw to you and your group, and Pippin essentially buying you an extra two rounds to build up board before some of those nasty enemies in the staging area can engage on your group.

Daeron's Runes and Mithrandir's Advicehelps cycle your own deck along with Fast Hitch&Peace, and Thought combo for your own hand acceleration.

Deep Knowledge and Heed the Dream will typically be played across the table which along with Beravor helps to ramp your team-mates hands and get them rolling too, Elf-stone also has a similar effect. One copy each of Gildor Inglorion and Haldir of Lórien were included in case of Elf-stone proc'ing on the turn you are first player or just in case you have the spare resources and want to build a stronger board.

Take No Notice was put in after a few close calls in swarm quests where the group were in danger of being overwhelmed when our threat became too high and a lot of enemies were going to force engage at once, with this hero lineup this card costs nothing too! A nifty combo can be to play your Deep Knowledge with this card so you all dig deeper in to your decks without worrying about the enemies in the staging area engaging you that round.

Dori is especially good as my brother enjoys playing with Beorn and coupled Boots from Erebor / Ring Mail being played across the table can really make our Ursine friend a lot more hardy. Similarily, Erebor Record Keeper helps ready his Gimli and Thalin.

Protector of Lórien is included to play across the table to help either quest or defend as needed, Aragorn, and with you feeding them so many cards to each player the discard cost isn't really noticeable. My girlfriend also runs Éowyn so there's always the option to discard a card each round for +1 Willpower too.

SIDEBOARD:

Radagast's Cunning & Secret Paths were placed in sideboard for quests that demand heavy location control (we had some nasty experiences in The Long Dark).

Miner of the Iron Hills is a really, really good card when it hits. Considered keeping this in all the time as chump blockers but wasn't necessary since we have a player in the group running pure combat Tactics and the inclusion of Forest Snare can already help somewhat with combat pressure, not to mention the few healing cards we have included.
